Serving Rivermont & the Miami Valley since 2011

The stuff goes away. The room comes back.

Sofas, fridges, a whole garage, a parent's house you can't face alone — we carry it out, sweep up behind us, and leave you standing in a room that feels twice as big. You point. We lift. Nothing gets added to your to-do list.

  • Price before we touch a thing
  • We carry it down the stairs
  • Broom-clean when we leave

We charge by the space your stuff takes up in the truck — not by the hour, and not by guesswork. Drag the slider to see roughly where your pile lands.

The short list of things we can't legally load

Ohio EPA rules keep hazardous material out of a standard hauling truck, and we'd rather say so up front than surprise you in the driveway. We can't take paint and solvents, motor oil, propane tanks, pesticides and pool chemicals, asbestos, medical or biohazard waste, or ammunition.

Set those aside and we'll take everything around them — then text you the address and hours of the Rivermont County household hazardous waste drop-off, which is free for residents on Saturdays.

Real jobs, real afternoons

Before lunch, after lunch

Most of what people put off for two years takes us about three hours.

AFTER

Two-car garage, Maple Grove

Eleven years of "we'll sort it in spring". Full truck plus a bit, four bikes rehomed to the youth centre.

Estate cleanout, Fair Oaks

Family flew in for one weekend. We set aside two keep-boxes, donated the china, cleared the rest.

1 day, 3 haulers

Four easy steps

How a cleanout actually goes

No haggling, no surprise fees, no you-carry-it-to-the-curb.

  1. 1

    Tell us what's there

Call, or send a couple of phone photos. Most people get a ballpark range back within the hour — often within ten minutes.

  2. 2

    Pick a two-hour window

Same-day and next-day slots most weeks. We text when we're on the way, with the hauler's name and a live arrival time.

  3. 3

Get your price on the spot

We look at the pile, quote the exact number, and wait for your yes. If it isn't for you, we shake hands and leave — no charge.

  4. 4

    We lift, load and sweep

Down the stairs, out the door, floor swept behind us. You pay when it's done, by card or tap. Then you look at the empty room.

The boring promises that actually matter

  • Upfront pricing, confirmed on site

One number that covers labour, loading, disposal and fuel. No per-item creep, no "dump fee" added at the end.

  • We do every bit of the lifting

Third-floor walk-up, tight basement stairwell, a treadmill wedged in a doorway — that's our problem, not yours. Floors get protected on the way out.

  • Donation and recycling come first

Usable furniture goes to two local shelters and a re-use store before anything goes near a landfill. Ask and we'll email you the donation receipt.

  • Licensed, insured, background-checked

$2M liability cover, uniformed employees (never day labour), and an HOA-friendly certificate of insurance on request.

Almost three quarters of what we haul never reaches a landfill

Every load gets sorted at our Rivermont yard, not tipped straight into a hole. Metal goes to scrap, electronics to a certified e-waste processor, clean lumber gets chipped, and furniture that still has life in it goes to families setting up a first apartment. It costs us more time. We think it's the right way to run a truck.

What people say after

“My dad's sleeper sofa had been stuck in the basement since 1998 and two other companies looked at the stairwell and left. These two took the door off its hinges, got it out in twenty minutes, and put the door back on. I nearly cried.”

Fair Oaks · basement sofa removal

“We had eight days to empty my mother's house before closing. They quoted a full truck, ended up needing one and a half, and honoured the original number anyway. They also stopped when I recognised a photo album in a bin bag. That mattered more than the price.”

Raymond K.

Rivermont · estate cleanout

“Tenant left a hot tub, a broken treadmill and roughly forty bin bags. I'm two states away and managed the whole thing by text. Photos before, photos after, card on file, unit re-listed the next morning. Third property I've used them for.”
