Inside, the job is dust control, clean lines and a finish you'll see from six inches away. Outside, it's moisture, sun and getting the substrate right so the coating still holds in year eight. Different problems. Same crew.

Rooms that look re-done, not re-coated

Furniture floated to the middle and wrapped, floors covered edge to edge, and every hole filled and sanded flat before a drop of finish goes on. We cut in by hand — no tape lines that peel paint off your trim on the way out.

A coat that survives eight winters

Exterior failure is almost never the paint — it's what was underneath. We wash, scrape to sound material, spot-prime every bare patch and re-caulk the joints that actually move before anything gets a topcoat.

  • Lap siding, board & batten, cedar shingle and fibre cement
  • Stucco, masonry and elastomeric crack bridging
  • Trim, soffit, fascia, gutters and front doors
  • Decks & fences — stripped, brightened, stained or solid
  • Rot repair and siding replacement before we paint over it

Most painters won't put a number on a website. We think that wastes everybody's afternoon. These are the bands our actual invoices fell into last year in Bellhaven — your house will land somewhere in one of them, and we'll tell you exactly where after twenty minutes on site.

Every estimate is fixed-price after an in-person look. Ranges are honest guidance, not a quote — nobody can price a house from a web page. Once we've stood in it, the number we give you is the number you pay, and the only thing that changes it is you asking for more work.

If it peels, cracks or flashes, we come back. In writing.

Every job carries a written workmanship warranty — five years interior, three years exterior — signed and emailed the day we finish. No pro-rating, no arguing about whose fault it was, no phone number that stops working in March.
